IBM Champions

We wanted to welcome and introduce you to a few new IBM Champions to our mix. As we were reviewing the areas that support IBM Champions, we realized that we had not selected very many folks for AI Apps, specifically in TRIRIGA and Engineering. So the team went out and did some research and found some great folks for us to recognize!

Jan Jancar is Managing Director at Softacus. His nominator shared that Jan and his team at Softacus AG (Switzerland) and Softacus GmbH (Germany) (https://www.softacus.com/) have been a significant business partner in the systems engineering and Jazz Platform domains for years. Jan has been a trusted advisor in the space for many years and is a thought leader and speaker on the topic. Jan has been working with other partners on an international basis, speaking at IBM events and championing IBM's solutions. 

Mark Williams is Managing Director at TRIXi Building Insights. Mark's nominator shared Mark lives and breathes IBM TRIRIGA. From social media posts to presenting TRIRIGA stories at conferences, Mark thrives on sharing the positive transformations we see every day. One highlight for 2020 was working with the media to showcase the Melbourne Health story of TRIRIGA supporting the community during the peak of the pandemics first wave.

Sanjiv Paul Singh is COO and co-founder at eCIFM Solutions Inc.  Sanjiv has pioneered the development of mobile applications for TRIRIGA; and is the architect in the development of the eCIFM Portfolio Connector, or “TriOFFICE” – an integration between IBM TRIRIGA and iOFFICE.  He speaks at a variety of events, such as the upcoming Verdantix New Strategies For The Workplace: Digital, Healthy, Sustainable event.

Calvin Yoa is CEO at Tjene. He is an advocate for TRIRIGA by participating in thought leadership (white papers, videos, conferences, blogs), running pilot programs with clients to prove new product features, ideating and promoting new product features with IBM product managers, and participating in speaking events and case studies highlighting customer success stories.

Tracy Jefferson is TRIRIGA Business Lead at Serco. He has been associated with TRIRIGA going back to 2005 and is globally known as a leader with the product. He owns the TRIRIGA Around the World and TRIRIGA Marketplace groups on Facebook, holds TRIRIGA meetings on Clubhouse, works to support IBM globally from many different angles whether related to Serco or not, and is involved daily in championing TRIRIGA. 

Mark Williamson is Managing Director at SyntheSys Technologies Ltd. Mark's nominator shared that Mark has been a long standing business partner for IBM's Engineering Lifecycle Management solutions. He is an expert in Systems Engineering and regularly participates in industry discussions in the systems engineering space. He is a training specialist not only in IBM's solutions but in the wider Systems Engineering, Requirements Management and other disciplines. Mark regularly takes part in BP roundtables and is already behaving like an IBM Champion - now deserves to get the formal recognition.

Walter van der Heiden is CTO at Sodius Willert.  His nominator shared that Walter and his team at Sodius Willert (https://www.sodiuswillert.com/en/home) have been a significant business partner in the systems engineering, systems and software modelling and automated code generation domains for years. Walter has been a trusted advisor in the space for many years and is a thought leader and speaker on the topic. Walter is one of THE go-to guys in the space and has been involved in leadership conversations with senior offering managers and sales leaders for many years. Also, what Walter doesn't know about the IBM Rhapsody product isn't worth knowing.

Zeyue Liang is PMT Director at Beijing Jingwei Hirain Technologies Co., Inc. He is an experienced Systems Engineering consultant in Hirain, and actively promotes IBM Engineering solutions in Industries, e.g. Automotive.

Suchuan Guo is Senior Software Engineer Consultant at Nanjing Harbor Technology Ltd. Guo has nearly 20 years of experience in software development and project management. He once won the "Best Development Gold Award" honor at the IBM Jazz Innovation Conference. He has successfully provided training, consulting  and secondary development services for IBM Rational/Engineering products to many companies and research institutions, helps their teams to optimize the software development process, and bridge the gap between traditional and modern development practices.

Xin Wang (Alex) is CTO at Shanghai Skyware Information Technology Co., Ltd. He is actively supporting the China System Engineering community. He is also the core member of the China Council on Systems Engineering. He has more than 10 years system engineering experience, especially in Aviation.

These IBM Champions are selected by the AI Apps area in Q3 and will remain IBM Champions through the end of 2022. Look for us to introduce you to a few additional Data & AI Champions that we have selected in Q2/Q3.
