Now that we
have announced our 2021 IBM Champions, we hope to introduce you to a few of them each week. Many new IBM Champions submitted bios when they nominated themselves. We'll be sharing a few of those here as well as some highlights of the larger group.

Meet 5 New IBM Champions
Adnan Sheeraz is an IBM Champion from Ora-Tech, who works with Maximo and Cognos. He works as a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant, and provides services related to the IBM Maximo implementation services at different projects, from analysis stage to closing stage. He has over 14 years of experience in the IT industry, with strong knowledge of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. He has been active in the IBM Analytics community.
Vicki Liu is a global leader at Mastech InfoTrellis with 18+ years of leadership experience and expertise in IBM DataOps and Cloud Pak for Data. She has demonstrated success across various areas, including: Analytics, Information Governance Solutions, Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM), Business Partner Enablement and Management, Strategy, Process Improvement, People Management, Business Consulting in various leadership positions. Recognized for exceptional ability to lead, manage cross-functional relationships to meet or exceed growth targets. Her skills include strong business understanding‚ strategic thinking‚ business partner and channel operations‚ partner enablement and management. She is a problem-solver and senior leadership with unmatched work ethic and great people, communication, and presentation skills. In 2020, Vicki hosted the first virtual IBM MDM User Group meeting where IBM customers, partners, and others in the community shared and learned from each other through case studies and in-depth panel discussions.
Ursula Flade-Ruf is CEO of mip Management Informations Partner GmbH. She studied economics at the University of Mannheim and has expertise in database technologies, multidimensional databases, and analytics tools. She has interest in and continuously studies new technologies like AI, e.g. Watson Assistant, profound knowledge for building the bridge between business and IT, highly understanding of business models, key questions for business and their impacts on IT solutions. She has created technical video content, served on IBM advisory councils, and was awarded the "the Leading Women Entrepreneurs of the World" 2019 WIN Award Gold category Leadership.
Craig Mackenzie is a Principal Consultant at Ontracks Consulting. Craig has over 22 years of Maximo, Asset Management ,and EAM experience, with deep experience across many industries. Craig focuses on project management, best practice consulting, and solution architecture for medium and large Maximo solutions in North America, Europe, and Asia. Craig has delivered Maximo solutions to the Oil & Gas, Mining, Pulp & Paper, Transportation, Facilities Management, Manufacturing, Government and Healthcare industries. Craig is an IBM Maximo Certified Deployment Professional and has been the driving force for the CanMUG (Canadian Maximo User Group) as its facilitator since 2004.
Declan Rodger is technical director at Spitfire Analytics and an avid contributor to the IBM Planning Analytics community. He is a regular contributor to www.tm1forum.com answering other users' questions and providing example code and has produced regular technical content and videos demonstrating the functionality and use cases of IBM Planning Analytics.
