Most Recent tab for Content Screen

This extension will enable the Most Recent tab for the Content screen.

Is there a way to remove the three ellipses from the items shown in the Recent tab?  Or at least remove the Delete option.  One user thought this was like the Recent folder in the Navigation bar where you can "Remove from Recent" and it just removes that shortcut.  Unfortunately, the Recent tab when you pick delete, it deletes the actual object.

Thanks for sharing your extension!

The default Recent tab shows a Location in the list, however the Recent tab in your extension doesn't. How can it be modified to show Location as well, besides Name, Type and Last Accessed?
