If you are using server farms, one web server goes down you will have to provide other web URL to user login into system. if you have load balancer in place along with two gateway servers , one server goes down automatically it will redirect to second server and no impact to user still they can use ...

Thanks Wayne. but it;'s seems to be strange behavior it;s working fine for us with servername (it;s default ) when i did the fresh install. I just did fresh install it;s started working fine. ------------------------------ Rajitha Kalluri ------------------------------
