Chris McPherson
Head of Cognos Analytics Offering Management

Chris leads a team of Offering Managers responsible for the Cognos Analytics product. Chris joined Cognos in 2005 and held a number of senior technical roles in Customer Support before joining IBM through the acquisition of Cognos in 2008. Shortly after the acquisition, he joined the Offering Management team to lead the metadata and modelling tools group and over the years has had responsibility for many areas of the product and business, including Data Access, ETL, APIs, Dynamic Cubes, and the Business Partner Channel. He is based in Ottawa, Canada, the R&D headquarters for Cognos Analytics.



Rachel Su
Senior Offering Manager, IBM Cognos Analytics

Rachel Su is a Senior Offering Manager for Cognos Analytics. She has over 10 years of experience in different areas of Cognos. She is passionate about analyzing the market landscape, as well as transforming and modernizing Business Intelligence. She also has proven track record of delivering advance product features.



Jason Tavoularis
Senior Offering Manager, IBM Cognos Analytics

Jason Tavoularis is a Senior Offering Manager for IBM Cognos Analytics. Over the last decade he has been engaging with IBM clients through roles in customer support, demonstrations and enablement, and product management. He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and an MBA from the University of Ottawa.
