we would like to report our cognos analytics licenses.
However, there are still licenses reported/counted for e.g. inactive users (active directory accounts). I understand that if a user no longer works with cognos analytics,
his license for the product will remain forever and is still counted.
In order to not count this license the user needed to log-in again to Cognos.
So how can we clear this mismatch?
