Trial account issue

    Hi,

    I signed up for the trial cloud account for the Coursera "BI Dashboards with IBM Cognos Analytics" course almost 24 hours ago and verified my account. But I keep getting "CA login authentication error. The user is not authorised to access the application".

    Can you please help ?
