Thanks for your response. I tried opening/closing the dashboard and populating the fields in the data module. There was no change. I started looking at several of the Samples dashboards (e.g. Coffee Operations) and I see the same behavior on the charts. I built a crosstab but as soon as I converted it to a chart it shows that (no value)(no value) when hovering. I'm not sure if that is 'expected' behavior or not but it doesn't seem like what I would expect. BTW I am using 12.0.3-2407130034 via CA on Cloud. The source is a simple Excel sheet with associated data module. Any additional feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Bob,
There are some issues with the tooltips (at least up to 11.2.4). Some of them seem to appear randomly and disappear if you close and re-open the dashboard. If your error is "stable" then I would try to populate the desciption & quickinfo fields of your columns in your data module (assuming your source is a data module). In the very latest CA version though I remember that column names can be edited in the properties pane of the visualization.
Best regards
Philipp

Subject: Tooltip Question
I have a simple stacked column chart and crosstab visualization in a dashboard. When I hover over a segment in the stacked column it shows (no value)|(no value). When I do the same thing on the crosstab I get values vs (no value) like I would expect. The measure is a simple count measure with a total aggregate. Not sure why this is happening.
