    Hi Kyle,

Did you try to upload a CSV file or another .XLSX file? Did you try with another user/another browser?

    Best regards,

    Good day Patrick,

Thank you for your response in this regard, however I have tried other file formats and other browser's.

I used chrome and edge and still get the same errors.

    Regards

    Kyle

    Hi Kyle,

What is your security namespace within Cognos? (LDAP or something else)

What is your Cognos Analytics version?

    Best regards,

    Hi Kyle,

Were you able to find the root cause for this issue? Although not for content-service, I do see the same log entry in my dataset-service.log file for query-service. If you did, can you please share what was causing this on your end?

    Thanks and Regards,

    Swetab
