Hi, I'm a product manager on the Data Product Hub team.
Yes, it is possible to view Data Product Hub as virtualization platform, where you can onboard virtual assets can curate them into data product. Once the data product is onboarded, consumers can subscribe to those virtual assets in a self-serve manner and have it delivered to their repective BI tool (Cognos, PowerBI etc.). You can also add the reports from the BI tool to the data product via embeddable URLs.
We are consistently iterating on these capabilities. If you would like to learn more or provide any feedback, feel free to reach out over email, and we can schedule a session with our team.

Subject: Possible to use IBM Product Hub as virtualization platform for Cognos Analytics?
Hi
I have looked at IBM Product Hub. I work a lot with organizations that organize data as data products and this is the first solution I see that supports the process around sharing data and using data.
Does anyone know if there is a connection in Cognos Analytics that can be pasted in the connection URL from the Product hub ?
Is it possible to imagine product hub as a virtualization platform for data to Cognos Analytics, Planning Analytics and other tool like Powerbi ?
