  • 1.  PAX with multiple connections not calculating DBRW funciton

    Hi all!

    I have a problem with an Excel document, created by someone else. 

    1. In this document, I get no result from DBRW, just the RECALC_ indicator in cells
      This happens in all open Excel documents when this one is also open. 
      What could be the problem here?

    2. There are multiple congnos and TM1 connections. 
      If I open/create a new Excel document, only the last one (Planning) I created appears.
      How can I remove or delete unwanted connections?

    I found the solution to question nr. 1.

    Ref or circular errors somewhere in an open Excel sheet prevent the DBRW function from working in any open Excel sheet. 

    I also found the solution to question nr. 2.

    Connections are managed through Options, and then the IBM tab.

    This image shows how to find a list of circular references in Excel. 

    I removed this error and then the DBRW worked instantly.
