I am having a problem with formatting in a visualization, where the y-axis is driven by a selection of different measures, from a widget. Different formatting is required based on the measure selected, thus using the visualization formatting on the y-axis itself does not work. If I apply formatting per measure in dimension editor, then formatting updates in my exploration view as expected but when I convert the view to a visualization the formatting is lost. For example, if I apply the following format to a measure:  c:#,###,," M";(#,###,," M"). I see the expected format in my exploration view but not in the visualization. Am I doing something wrong or is this the expected behavior of the visualization.

I think what you are looking for, can be found in "Fields" -> "..." menu for the measure -> "Format values"

For each measure, you can set the formatting here.
