Hi Izelle,
In 2.0.59 you should be able to click on the chart and bring up the properties.
Then under "Visualization Properties" go to the "Chart" grouping.
In here there is a dropdown box called "Value Label Format"; if you swap that from "Value" to "Percentage of Color" then it should show up as you are expecting for the chart you have shown.
I should add that the above will just change the labels attached to the columns themselves into percentages, the labels on the axis would still stay as decimals - however since you are showing the labels on the data points I would hide the axis values by unticking "Show Value Axis Labels" in the "Axis" section of the Chart Properties.
Thanks,
Declan

Subject: PAW 2.0.59 graph value label formatting
We are using PAW 2.0.59.
Cube views with formatting set up to show Percentages as %, Thousands as K and Millions as M.
When converting view to visualization it loses the formatting on value lables. Percentages are shown as decimals and other numbers show in their full length instead of the shorter version.
We have set the formatting on the dimension, within the cube and in PAW with no change in the graph.
Is there another setting we can use to display that % or shorter number? Ideally we want to avoid creating additional fields+calculations for display purposes only.
