Hi Ann-Grete,
I've been experiencing the same issue as you. I've raised a support case with IBM and have been told that Workspace v101 should hopefully fix the issue.
As I can see there were some infrastructure updates done last week and in the next .101 PAW release it should be fixed.
Here is an official statement I found:
Sorry for this inconvenience, this issue is due to the File Transfer infrastructure updates earlier in the week. For the time being, we ask you to use WinSCP, we are working to correct the issue."
We are able to use Ftp clients to access the new address using the new credentials so can transfer files that way for now. Hoping 101 will be released soon as the PAfE 101 version is already released.

Subject: PA Cloud Drive Explorer "Invalid user for current remote environment"??
Hi folks:
Has anyone seen this error before? Last time I connected to the remote environment three weeks ago using the Fileshare ID and password (same one from the welcome kit) it worked perfectly, but today I am getting this "Invalid user for current remote environment" message.
Drive Explorer comes up fine for me from a Workbench in the PROD environment.
Any pointers as what could suddenly have caused this? Would I get this error if someone had changed the FileShare password or something?

Thanks!
A-G
