The Planning Analytics team is excited to share the new UI feature for Subscription Usage for IBM Planning Analytics on Cloud.
With the introduction of this new feature, a Subscription Administrator in Planning Analytics Administrator (PAA) is now able to view license and overage data without the need to go into Subscription & Subscriber Management (SSM). With the updated display, they will be able to view:

Total number of entitled seats for User, Modeler and Explorer Subscription types.

Current number of users assigned/invited for User, Modeler and Explorer Subscription types.

Number of overage seats in use.

Warning of potential overage limits when inviting a new user(s) to Planning Analytics Workspace.
This capability is only available in IBM Planning Analytics Workspace for users that are Planning Analytics Workspace Account Administrators:
Below are the steps to view Subscription information:

Login to Planning Analytics Workspace.

Navigate to the Planning Analytics Administration tile

The new Subscription Usage tile is the first tile visible
We recommend a review of current license allocation and correction of any overages.
