    Hi Team,

    We have a column named "Comments" in the database, which contains long text. In Cognos 12.0.1, we are currently unable to wrap text in the List visual on the dashboard, whereas this feature works well in Cognos 11.1.3, where it displays the full comments and automatically wraps the text, and now on CA 12.0.1 List Visual unable to wrap Text or show complete Text.

    As a workaround, I've used the Data Rich Text visual (a custom visual from Cognos Accelerator), which works fine in Cognos 12.0.1. However, when we attempt to export the dashboard to PDF, the system gets stuck in the export process and never completes. Once the Data Rich Text visual is removed, the dashboard exports to PDF without any issues.

    Has anyone else experienced this issue? any guideline is highly appreciated.
