Hi Venkata,
Thank you for the recommendation, when building the dashboard in pre prod environment the default zoom percentage setting of the web browser was 100% with the standard look of the dashboard. Surprisingly after moving the dashboard and its associated components to prod with the default zoom percentage setting of the web browser set to 100% there was a distortion in the look of the dashboard. However now when I decreased the zoom percentage setting of the web browser to 50% I am now not any more getting the distorted look but the standard look.
I think I need to fix this inconsistency as the user will not like to adjust the zoom percentage of the web browser every time

I believe, it is due to screen resolution of certain users or the page settings. Try comparing the settings between two users, one who sees the dashboard and filters normally and one who sees it with distortion

Subject: Inconsistent dashboard performance for different users
Hello All,
I have built a dashboard in Cognos, in the preprod environment I see the standard look of the dashboard and the filters. However when the dashboard along with its underlying data source which is a csv file and a widget was migrated to production the look of the dashboard and the filters is distorted for few users and for few users they see the same standard look of the dashboard and the filters. Not sure why I am able to see this inconsistency. Can someone please guide as to how this issue can be resolved. I am using Cognos version 11.2.4
Will not be able to send the screenshot of the dashboard due to privacy concerns
