In this instance, where the hyperlink-filled report is set as part of the home page, I want all links to open in a new tab/window and have the appbar and navbar. It really only matters when I've customized the home page to include the report and remove the app/nav bars. Thanks, Paul!

Do you want all drills to go back to showing the appbar and navbar or just specific ones? You're correct that it inherits the properties. I'm looking into where I can edit it them to control how it works.

Subject: Help with unusual drill behavior on report set as home page
We have a customized home page in our Cognos 11.2.4 environment (though the issue was also present in 11.2.3) where we use a report as a landing page [report dictionary]. The report is a list of all the reports in our environment with a drill-through to each report. When the user clicks on a link in the report from the home page, it opens the new report in a new tab (expected behavior) but it doesn't have the nav/app bars (unexpected behavior).
I believe what is happening is that the drill-through is somehow inheriting the properties from the report dictionary on our home page which is hiding the app/nav bars.

I'm hoping someone from the community can help.
