    Hi all,
I have a client that is looking at better ways to filter workbooks within PAW. The complaint I get from many clients is the workbook space can get very clutter.

    Hi Paul

I suppose the client have lots of workbooks and a running into the same problem customers have when creating tons of reports or excel files on a shared drive.

I don't have a solution but I tell my customers that they should think like a librarian who are very good at categorizing content. And it is useful to have a process in place for naming convention, usage, end dating, ownership etc. (i.e. structure and governance).

    Hello Paul,

does your client uses a folder structure?

If not, it would help a lot. He should create folders for different topics or themes and then it would be fine and nice to find the needed book.
