Cognos Analytics

Hi,
I tried to write a notification in the event studio to generate an email when the report fails.  I created HTML email and placed the below message as in Fig.1.  Then I saved it and closed that event.  Later, when I opened the same event, I  noticed that the message is not visible as in Fig.2.  But it is absolutely work well in the plain text format.  So far, I have never seen this issue.  Could someone help me to figure this out?  FYI, I tried this in the following browsers Chrome and Firefox.

I do see the issue as well in my CA 11.1.7 kit. I will see if I can find something logged or log something myself.

I verified that I can see this issue in CA 11.1.7 FP4 but not see the issue in FP5.
