This is a bug in 11.2.4.
I have the same problem.
The only thing I can suggest is don't install version 11.2.4. or restore your prevous version form backup. Do not waist your time to fix it.
I tried to solve the topic with the IBM service, unfortunately without success.

"Second one is not a bug with Cogons but a defect with Chromium based browsers. If you have a language different than that of the OS, you will encounter problems with smart features such as the one you have right now. It is advised that you update your chrome and edge browsers to latest versions."
"The good news is that 11.2.4 Fix Pack 1 is coming soon (almost here) and we have a fix inside it."

I've upgrade a test environment to Cognos Analytics 11.2.4 and also have a new installation of Cognos Analytics 11.2.4 on another VM. One is running on Windows 2019 and the other on Windows 2022. In both instances when I open an existing dashboard or create a new dashboard, the Assistant is not working. I'm getting this error message "Sorry, I encountered a problem with our Conversation Service. Please contact your administrator.". Same issue for an Exploration.
Just wondering if anyone else on CA 11.2.4 has encountered this message? Just curious to see if this is just my environment or others have encountered this before I open a support case with IBM.
