In 11.2.2, a defect was found. I hereby just want to warn others for this.

When an Layout Reference item that refers to a different report is inside an Active Report. Then any attempt (in Edit Modus) to add something to that Active Report can fail. Example failures are adding a visualization or any Active Report building block. 

How to reproduce (see gif):
- Create a new report, add a table (or anything else), give it name.
- Save this report as "BUGSTYLE" somewhere
- Create a new blank Active Report.
- Add a Reference Item, link to the BUGSTYLE report you just added and select your named item.
- Now add to the Active Report a visualization. Choose for example a Pie, click OK
- You will notice the error code popup (see screenshot gif)
- Try adding a Active Report Deck, same error (but different error code).

IBM has already acknowledged the defect and is working on this. Will update you if the APAR number is released and/or if a solution is provided.
