Dear Community,
We are experiencing a problem on a Cognos Analytics 11.1.7 production environment.
For a few weeks now, we have been unable to see the history of reports that have been run. What's more, it's impossible to create an export/import from the content store or Team Content. The same applies to maintenance tasks (Consistency check).
The error message seems to indicate a corruption in the Content Store.
We tried to use the sql scripts (..\configuration\schemas) to resolve the problem, but to no avail. The Cognos service refuses to start after using these scripts. The only solution is to restore the Content Store DB backup.
The problem occurred after a tentive upgrade (11.2.4 FP3). The upgrade failed after the consistency check was run when the service was started.
