Hi All,

We have installed Cognos 11.2.4 FP2 in our environment. We are facing issues in Authentication user names from Active Directory. User address book not fetching in the schedule window. Report credentials and owner has not been updated in the report. Looking for Assistance

Do you have any error message you can share with us?

Did you look for any relevant error in cognosserver.log?

Did you try to renew your credentials?
