Support has told me the issue will be fixed in 11.1.7, but not 10.2.2. That leaves 10.2.2 as an IE only solution, which is not good.

The environment is a single server installation of Cognos 10.2.2 with the latest Fix Pack 10 and Interim Fix 22.
Chrome has just been upgraded to version 85.
When a report is opened in Cognos Workspace Advanced, a blank screen appears.
This used to work with Chrome 84 and currently works with IE.
Any ideas?
