    Hi,

Would it be possible to add a feature to a book in workspace where we could hide individual tabs.

Currently it would appear that we can either hide all tabs in a book or none at all.

Adding this feature would allow us to show tabs that are not part of some workflow, and hide the tabs that are part of a workflow, where we could then use buttons to navigate to those hidden tabs.

I am sure there will be other use case.

    regards,

    Mark

    Hi,

There once was an item on the roadmap (https://bigblue.aha.io/published/30f7b700d5eb7d18cfdd19c793f4a10d?page=4) called "Personalize PAW landing page after login | Personalize content displayed on Workspace home page for individual users."
It seems like this has been removed from the roadmap. What's the status regarding the landing page, any new features coming or is this on hold?
    Regards,
    Mario

    Hi

Are there any plans to provide the possibility to synchronize dimensions between books within the same "Application"? That's the one thing preventing some of our clients to start using "Applications". Instead we have books with navigation buttons using the "Pass context" functionality.

    Regards,

    Mario

Hi, just following on from what Mario said, and something that was raised in a previous AMA:

When you navigate to a different book from within an Application, you find yourself outside the Application, even if the book you are navigating to is part of the Application. The only exception is if the book you are navigating to is the first book in the Application, or the book you are navigating to has been previously opened from within the application. In these cases you remain within the application.

I would be grateful if this pain-point could be addressed.

    Hi,

The search functionality in the rules editor seems to be case-sensitive, at least apart from the first character for some reason. For example the following comment in rules "# Test" can be found when writing "test" in the search bar but will not be found when searching for "tEst".

Is this by design? Personally I would prefer the search functionality to be case-insensitive.

    Regards
    Mario

    Hi

After upgrading to PAW 2.0.89 local, especially books with many widgets show error messages for a short period of time (maybe 1 second) before the usual blue "widget-is-loading-circles" show up. It was not the case in versions 87 and 88. We experience the errors after upgrading two different clients to PAW 2.0.89 local so it seems to be a general issue and not related to a specific IT environment. I have an active case with IBM support (TS013884475) but was wondering if this is something you are aware of or which was reported from other clients as well?

    Regards
    Mario

    Hi,

We tested the new selector visualization. In general it is a huge improvement, however it does not seem to be possible to change the font family or font color. That is only possible if the widget is changed to selector list but then the changes are only applied to the list and not the header. Regarding the font family, I think you can change font family basically everywhere in PAW nowadays so it would be great to have this possibility for the selector visualization as well. When it comes to the font color, if you have a dark background, the text in the header cannot be read. Are there any plans to add this functionality?
    Regards
    Mario

    Hi

When increasing the column height in the new cube viewer, it creates a white empty rectangle in the upper left corner of the cube viewer (where the target selection functionality was located before it was moved), see screenshot area "A". This area does not seem to apply the selected fill color for the cube viewer. It is always white. This is an issue when creating a book with a non-white background. Then the white empty rectangle does not look so nice from a design perspective. It would be desirable to have the same color as the background instead of white. Also the "headers" (if that's what you would call them) of the rows and columns with the little arrows seem to always be grey even if the column or row background color is changed, see screenshot areas "B" and "C". Are there any plans to make it possible to change color for these areas in the new cube viewer?
    Regards
    Mario

    Hi,

For partners whose experience is with PA Local, what is the best way to gain experience and perhaps develop POC / demo models in PA Engine / SaaS environment?

    Thanks - Mark
