I clicked expand on the zip so I assume it would have unzipped to the current directory which was empty except for the zip file. From the screenshot above it looks like you're addressing that. FYI, I did click cancel on the dialog as I couldn't see what files were problematic.
Indeed, some of the folder structure was replicated but not all.
So, I created a Powershell script to compare the directories and here's a sample of the files that were missing. I need to do some more research here As it doesn't seem to be pointing to a specific issue.

Hi Chris,
The Drive Explorer\File Manager expand (unzip) option does keep the folder structure that was compressed (zipped).
If you copy the zip file to a new empty directory and expand does the same problem happen?
If you download the zip file and unzip it on your desktop do you get a similar warning from your own zip tool?
BTW - We have a feature coming in 2.0.99 that will allow you to unzip to a new folder (the folder is created on unzip) in addition to unzipping to the current folder.

This is my first time doing a promotion utilizing the Drive Explorer in IBM Cloud. I zipped the data directory from Dev and was able to move it successfully to Prod. When I went to unzip (expand) the following dialog box opened asking if I wanted to overwrite existing items.
Does this mean the expand feature is not recursively expanding the subdirectories in the zip file?
