Hi,
This happened to me and the only way I could delete the shortcut was to make it valid again. Take any dashboard, copy it to the source location and make sure it's name is what you deleted, then try to delete the shortcut.

I deleted a test dashboard without first deleting a shortcut to it that I'd made available to our end users. I'm now not able to find a way to delete the shortcut.
Nothing happens when I click on the More menu, and if I click on the shortcut link I get a "Cannot open Shortcut" message. We are unfortunately currently without a Cognos administrator, and my web searching hasn't turned up anything, so I'm hopeful someone might be able to suggest a solution.
