To better help our customers with Planning Analytics on Cloud, the IBM Customer Success team is excited to join the Planning Analytics community site. In doing so, one of our first initiatives is to add a virtual assistant to answer PA questions. Initially this will be used to answer questions in getting started with and configuring Planning Analytics on Cloud. For example:

What data sources are supported?
How do I upload files?
How do I migrate objects?

To use the virtual assistant, click on the chat icon at the bottom right of the PA community homepage. Questions may be entered in plain English or with a keyword (i.e. ODBC, SMTP, upload files ...) and will used to continuously train the chatbot for additional content. In the future if you do not get an answer, you will have the ability to reach out a customer success manager.
