I was writing up a financial process within a Workspace Plan (Application and Plans) the other day and wished there was an easier way to sketch the entire process and see the steps, add prerequisite, dependent and new tasks.
Workspace 81 allows me to do just that. Here are some highlights.
When creating or editing a plan workflow, there is now an icon (shown below) to toggle between textual and visual representations:
When toggled to ‘Visual’, I was able to add a task and set a flow between each task.
As the plan progresses, the status colors appear in the left margin of each step – the colors match those displayed in the plan ‘Overview’ tab – enabling another way to monitor the plan.
This a new addition and we will continue to make improvements based on early adopter feedback. Please try it out, and provide your comments below so we can improve this feature based on your feedback.
