IBM has partnered with WalkMe to ensure that our products enable and empower users to experience value easily and seamlessly. The customer experience has been enhanced by integrating in-app guidance and direction in the form of WalkMe “tours” at key moments, allowing users to accomplish important outcomes.
To date, IBM Cognos Analytics on Cloud 12.0.0 has been instrumented with four WalkMe tours. To access the tours, open the Home page of any Cloud version of CA and click the button labelled Product Tour:
