Cognos Analytics on Cloud gets a dedicated status page

By Sayeed Mahmood posted Thu May 19, 2022 09:20 AM

The Cognos team is excited to share the new status page for our Cognos Analytics on Cloud offerings. This self-serve page allows us to reach a broader audience and to keep our users in the loop about outages and maintenance plans.

This dedicated status page will be our primary method for incident communication and will serve as a one-stop-shop for Cognos Analytics on Cloud community. Our users can now get more visibility into planned maintenance windows and real-time status of any incidents and unplanned outages.

Anyone can subscribe, and by default, the subscription feed includes alerts for Cognos Analytics on Cloud Hosted and On Demand. So, be sure to customize the alerts based on your needs. Subscribing to email alerts is quick and easy; you can also send the feed to a slack channel or use webhooks in a cool automation.
