If you are using the IBM Cognos Analytics Trial, you are presented with a variety of samples. If you decide to purchase a license for IBM Cognos Analytics on Cloud, you might notice that there are different samples available in your Cognos Analytics subscription instance than in the Cognos Analytics Trial.
We tried to provide as many samples as possible in the Cognos Analytics Trial. Unfortunately, due to the type of content of the sample, not all of them are supported in the Cognos Analytics on Cloud environment.
This includes the following sample content:
- Packages:
- GO data warehouse (analysis)
- GO data warehouse (query)
- GO sales (analysis)
- GO sales (query)
- Reports, dashboards and stories based on the above packages.
- Cognos Workspace examples.
Going forward we expect to provide samples similar to some of the GO data and GO sales packages in the Cognos Analytics on Cloud environment.
Cognos Workspace is not supported in the Cognos Analytics on Cloud environment, so the sample content will not be present there (Workspace I, however, s supported in our Dedicated offering).
Cognos Analytics on Cloud and the Cognos Analytics Trial may, at times, have different versions of the samples installed, though efforts are made to ensure the latest samples are available in both environments.
