IBM MaaS360 offers a plethora of tools for admins to manage their endpoints and enhance security. While the multitude of options give the admins great control over endpoint security, managing these workflows can sometimes become tedious. Having these workflows consolidated in one place – like a group of bookmarks - would be helpful in managing clutter. This is exactly what the Quick links section on the New Home Page does.
Quick links Section
The Quick links section is visible on the left side of the New Home Page. It has a list of the most commonly used workflows that are available for the logged-in admin. The admin can go to the desired workflow with a single click.

Managing quick links
There are a total of 19 workflows that are available as quick links. Some of these may not be visible to the admin if they do not have the required access. The admin can further modify this available list by using the ‘Manage quick links’ option. Clicking on 'Manage quick links’ will open a popup where the admin can select/deselect or re-arrange the quick links. The check boxes can be used to select the quick links that the admin needs to keep on the home page, or to deselect the ones that need to be removed. To re-arrange the selected quick links, use the handle on the left-hand side of each quick link and drag them to the desired position.

Once the desired set of quick links has been selected and re-arranged, click on the save button to save this configuration. The admin receives a notification indicating if the save was successful. Once saved, the change is immediately visible on the home page.

The Quick links section offers a fast and easy way for the admins to access their favorite workflows. The manage quick links button helps them to further tailor these as per their requirements.
