Using the viewer in #Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel

The viewer lets you look at and manipulate views in an environment outside of Microsoft Excel. It's pretty handy to open multiple views and compare them side by side.
You can use the viewer as an alternate tool for
data entry
. You can also take advantage of these features of the viewer:
Show and hide totals
Display cell values as percentages
Add a calculation to a view
Use
data spreading
Work with
multiple hierarchies
