The Planning Analytics team is excited to announce the release of a new status page for the Planning Analytics on Cloud Offering

This new page will be your "one stop shop" for all important information about the status/events relating to the cloud service such as:

• Maintenance Announcements (schedule, notes etc)

• Planned & unplanned service disruptions

• Status of the Planning Analytics Service by Data Center (i.e Planning Analytics Workspace, Planning Analytics Spreadsheet Service etc)

• IBMid status

• and much more.
  

Please note you will need to subscribe to this page even if you were previously subscribed to the statio.io page

Q: How can I subscribe for updates?

• Visit: https://status.planning-analytics.cloud.ibm.com/

• Click the Subscribe to Updates button in the top right corner:

• Enter the e-mail address to receive notifications and select & hit Subscribe Email.

• Note: by Default you are subscribed to all services that have a status. If you would like to customize the list of services for which you recieve notifications you can do so in the services drop down.

• You will be sent an email from <no-reply@status.planning-analytics.cloud.ibm.com> to confirm your subscription 

• Click the button in the e-mail Confirm Your Subscription to be directed to the confirmation page :

• Click Yes, subscribe to confirm

• To return to the Status page click the Planning Analytics icon at the top left:

We encourage all Planning Analytics users to subscribe to the status page to receive these important updates.
