Why the Move?

To provide a more focused and seamless experience, the Application Exchange is now hosted independently from the broader X-Force Exchange platform. This change allows us to better tailor the experience for users looking to explore, download, or manage QRadar applications, extensions, and integrations.

Previously, the Application Exchange was accessible via: https://exchange.xforce.ibmcloud.com/hub
Going forward, it is now available at: https://apps.xforce.ibmcloud.com

What’s Changing for Users?

• Redirection in Place: If you visit an old app URL or use the Application Exchange link from the X-Force Exchange hamburger menu, you’ll be automatically redirected to the new website.

• Updated Banners: Both the old and new sites now display a banner encouraging you to bookmark the new site and update your saved links.

• Same Apps, Cleaner Experience: All the applications you’re familiar with are available — just on a more purpose-built platform with exciting enhancements in the works.

What You Need to Do

Update your bookmarks to point to: https://apps.xforce.ibmcloud.com

Share the new link with your teams or partners using Security apps.

Continue using the Application Exchange as usual — the experience, content, and login flow remain unchanged.

Looking Ahead

This transition is part of our ongoing effort to enhance the App Exchange experience for our QRadar customers, developers, and partners. Separating it from the broader XFE platform allows us to improve discoverability, responsiveness, and future innovation specifically for app users.
