Software Component Enhancements

Workflow Automation:

Key New Features:

• IBM Workflow Assistant, powered by watsonx.ai, helps users find, understand, and complete tasks efficiently by generating summaries, managing teams, and creating content like emails and feedback.

• Organisations can deploy watsonx.ai on their own infrastructure, ensuring data privacy, regulatory compliance, and control over which foundation models are used.

• Supports on-demand deployment of foundation models and custom models, enabling tailored generative AI capabilities for specific business needs.

• Enhancements in Designer allow maintaining and redeploying a single version of a case project while working on new versions, boosting productivity.

• Advanced search capabilities across tasks and processes, with full task history tracking, including lifecycle events and business data changes, for better visibility and auditability.

•Workflow automations can now be exposed as IBM MQ services, enabling asynchronousinteractions with external systems using AsyncAPI definitions.

•Supports in-flight instance migration from Business Automation Workflow to Cloud Pak for Business Automation across major databases (Db2, Oracle, SQL Server) without data loss.

•New document view features include drag capability improving user experience in managing documents.

Decision Management:

Key New Features:

Automation Decision Services (ADS)
