1030 – James Russell with NHS Highland. An overview of how a Maximo 7.6 / IBM Anywhere mobile solution is used to support the Estates organisation of NHS Highland, in supporting the care that NHS Highland delivers to over 300,000 patients within the Scottish Highlands, Argyll and Bute regions

1230 – Sam Gibson with NIE Networks and Phil Saville with PA Consulting, NIE Networks IT Strategy. How NIE Networks decided to build a corporate asset and work management solution around Maximo, and what shape the final solution will take

1400 – Sandra Gannon with IBM. Addressing the Needs of a Changing Workforce - An Alternative Maximo User Interface. As user experience expectations change and technology evolves, Maximo customers are looking for a modern UI that meets the needs of the millennials. This presentation will explain the project that we're working on; we would love to have more Maximo UKI customers and business partners participating and providing their insight.

1445 – James Williams with Interserve. An Overview of the Target Operating Model. End to End – A whistle stop tour of what we’ve jointly achieved at Interserve in developing a common CAFM Model, including a focus on some of the key differentiators of the Interserve TOM model – such as a Forward Maintenance Register (FMR) and Building Condition Monitoring (BCM)
