Managing Authorized User Overages

Planning Analytics subscription entitlement determines how many subscriptions of your total authorized users entitlement are available.
Planning Analytics allows clients to consume more licenses for users than it is subscribed in a given month. These additional users are called overages, and are subject to overage fees according to your contractual agreement. For further detail on the overage fees, please refer to your contract, or please discuss the details with your reseller or IBM sales team.
To stay current and ensure your overage totals are correct, your Planning Analytics Administrators can manage your cloud subscriptions. Please refer to our documentation:

Is it possible to prevent user overage, or at least to get a warning if an administrator is adding more users than are currently subscribed?
