The App Launcher button in-app announcement and engagement guide was officially rolled out on 17th July 2025 to highlight a key interface change within Cloudability and ApptioOne environments. The interface change involved relocated App Launcher button to the right-side utility navigation pane to enhance accessibility and improve the user experience.

To support this transition, an automated in-app announcement and guide is now live. It is designed to:
1. Inform users about the relocation
2. Promptly notify them of the change upon login
3. Seamlessly guide them to the new position of the button
