IBM Planning Analytics has recently changed the system that sends email communications to our customers.
If those emails are not reaching your inbox, here are some tips:
 
Ask your mail/IT administrator add/white-list the following information below in your filtering company's security measures: firewalls, spam filters, administrator rules, policies and "Administrator created Blocked Senders Policies".

bounce.mail8.spopessentials.com
129.33.243.5
129.33.243.3
129.33.243.6
129.33.243.2

They can also white-list your sending/from domains along with your bounce domain and IP listed above.
