We are pleased to announce the general availability of IBM® Semeru Runtime™ Certified Edition 4Q24 quarterly updates for non-z/OS (multi-platforms). These releases are based on Eclipse OpenJ9 0.48 and OpenJDK jdk-11.0.25+9, jdk-17.0.13+11 and jdk-21.0.5+11 respectively.  The binaries are available on our standard distribution sites as on Nov 14, 2024. With these releases, IBM Semeru Runtime Certified Edition (multi-platforms) contains the latest CPU and security fixes from the OpenJDK Oct’24 updates.

The 4Q24 Quarterly update of IBM Semeru Runtime Certified Edition for multi-platforms contains the following key updates:
