Fixes

Here are the APAR fixes included with this release:

• IT46647 - powervc-config event add-type - Missing events.
• IT46970 - Removal of  the warning message, powervc-services status [WARNING]: Invalid characters were found in group names but not replaced, use -vvvv to see details.
• IT46543 - powervc-diag to collect database info for the table names starting with upper case.
• IT46980 - Unwanted logging  in nova compute logs.
• IT46978 - Offline upgrade failure for 2.2.1 PVC from 2.2.0.
• IT46055 - VM resize fails after changing colocation group.
• IT46985 - VM deploy fails with the packing policy with custom spp.
• IT47213 - Auto refresh issues noted on GUI due to incorrect permissions for  pvc_internal user.
• IT47077 - PowerVC GUI Showing Host IP = 127.0.0.1 instead of it's original novalink ip.
• IT46951 - VM network loss after a failed migration.
• IT46774 - Deploying  an lpar with 3 disks or more , the rootvg is hdisk2 instead of hdisk0 - HMC.
• IT46976 - Errors Retrieving CPU Statistics.
• IT47313 - VM deploy fails due to fabric password warning.
• IT47314  - /srv/node/partition1 high inodes due to swift error's.
• IT47315 - cinder.api is consuming 100% cpu utilisation
