Identity Governance and Intelligence (IGI) Report Designer (RD) module provides a modeler capable of outlining every type of report.
Using this module, the administrator can visually describe the report creation process from beginning to end. The cross report in IGI enables the administrator to generate report with a secret and once we provide a secret we get the access to the report.
Here are the steps to configure the CrossReport in IGI.
- From AGC validate a notification template is available for CrossReport
- Then from the Report Designer, copy existing report of type “Export”, this is just an example
- Save this, for example I have setup like below:
- All the other columns are left as default expect for “Additional Data” and Enabled the mail notification.
- Next we can setup a category to this report and added to menu which I created with name “Nishant”
- Then I login with “Nishant” user who has access to run this report and provide the email address and execute:
- Verify by clicking download option if this is completed:
- Once this is executed and available for download you see a notification with passphrase:
Note the passphrase key here :
To share the report, use the secret. . . passphrase: -761796791.
Now you can click on passphrase and provide this value (you may login with a different user who has access to Report menu in Service Center:
