QMF for TSO/CICS: APPLCOMPAT as the abbreviation of APPICATION COMPATIBILITY

QMF for TSO/CICS 13.1 special register manager is enhanced to allow APPLCOMPAT as the abbreviated spelling where APPLICATION COMPATIBILITY is used with SET statement. "CURRENT APPLICATION COMPATIBILITY" is still valid and will still be accepted. Users can issue the following 2 statements from QMF for TSO/CICS SQL query panel:

SET    CURRENT APPLICATION COMPATIBILITY = 'VxxRxMxxx' 

or

SET    CURRENT APPLCOMPAT = 'VxxRxMxxx' 

This requires the fix for DB2 13 for z/OS PTF PH64377 applied at any function level.
