AFP for CMOD - Virtual Workshop

Thank you to all of the participants at the 'AFP for CMOD' - Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) Virtual Workshop 201 session earlier today (August 4th 2021).  

David Jenness, our very own master of ceremonies, kicked off the workshop with a review of the CMOD Virtual Workshop 201 series,  news that the DBA Client Council is accepting new membership nominations, information about the Business Automation Insider monthly newsletter and how to sign-up, and last but not least, how to join the Business Automation community so that you can interact with your peers and subject matter experts.  David then handed over the baton to Bud Paton for the main event.  

Bud began by sharing the fascinating history of Advanced Function Printing / Presentation - going back to the origins of high speed computer printing.  This set the stage for explanations about Codepages, Unicode, common AFP issues (mostly font mapping related), tools, utilities and where to get help.  If you missed today's live event, or simply need to review the session, materials from the virtual workshop are available here.
