Description : FedRAMPComplianceRequired Flag Mismatch with Value Set in IBM
Cause : This error occurs when attempting to modify the FedRAMPComplianceRequired flag for an existing customer. Once the FedRAMPComplianceRequired value is set in IBM for a customer, it cannot be altered.
Resolution : The FedRAMPComplianceRequired flag cannot be changed for an existing customer. To proceed, maintain the original FedRAMPComplianceRequired value or create a new customer record if a different FedRAMPComplianceRequired is required.
Issue 4:
Error Code : 5007 Description: Unknown Error
Cause : This error typically indicates an issue with the payload structure. It may occur when required XML tags are malformed or incomplete.
Resolution : Ensure the payload is correctly formatted before submission. Pay special attention to XML tag structures. For example, the following are invalid and may cause this error: <DiscountPrice><DiscountPrice/> <DiscountPrice></DiscountPrice> Correct the payload and resubmit the request.
Issue 5:
Error code : 604
Description : No maas360 account for account ref - no maas360 account found for given account ref
Cause : This error occurs when attempting to modify a license for an account reference that does not have an associated maas360 account. The system requires a valid maas360 account to perform license modifications.
Resolution : Create the customer account in the system before attempting to modify the license.
Issue 6:
Error code : 613
Description : Invalid Order - decrease quantity is not supported for Modify transaction
Cause : This error occurs when attempting to decrease the quantity of bundled products that are not eligible for reduction. Only BMS bundles are permitted for quantity decrement.
Resolution : Ensure that you are using the correct part number and only attempting to decrease quantity for BMS bundles. For all other bundle types, quantity cannot be reduced.
