Eclipse version change

The platform that TPF Toolkit is based on has been changed from Eclipse 2022-03 (4.23) to Eclipse 2024-03 (4.31).

Installation procedure for TPF Toolkit 4.6 Fix Pack 20

TPF Toolkit 4.6 Fix Pack 20 has a different installation procedure compared to previous versions. If you have TPF Toolkit 4.6 Fix Pack 19 or an earlier version installed, you cannot directly upgrade to TPF Toolkit 4.6 Fix Pack 20 using the "Check for Updates" option. Instead, you must install TPF Toolkit 4.6 Fix Pack 20 separately following the provided instructions. Before installing, make sure to backup your current TPF Toolkit 4.6 workspace, as you can revert to your earlier version if needed. When launching TPF Toolkit 4.6 Fix Pack 20, use the same workspace that was used with TPF Toolkit 4.6 Fix Pack 19 or earlier when launching TPF Toolkit 4.6 Fix Pack 20.

Updates for the TPF Toolkit services web application

The Java runtime that is used to run the TPF Toolkit services web application has been changed to IBM Semeru Runtime® Certified Edition 17.
