I spent four amazing days at IBM Think last week where I had a bit of an unusual job. I was placed right outside the Think Forum with our brand new TechXchange GO/ Kart complete with a detailed Lego model of the Sandbox right on top! It was really cool and far more popular than I anticipated. Attendees could explore the model, enjoy some exclusive giveaways, dance to the music I had playing, and vote by adding a Lego brick on top of the area of technical focus that was of interest to them and their teams. I am sure it is no surprise that AI was in first place with Quantum and Data tied second place and the Infrastructure areas taking a close third.
While I was there dancing, talking and taking selfies with our clients, partners, and a lot of IBM Champions, one phrase I heard over and over again was "this is so much fun!"
The truth is that we take having fun very seriously. Along with community and learning, fun is one of our core areas of focus at TechXchange. We want to ensure that everyone who comes to the conference gets a chance to work hard and play hard. We do that through all sorts of exciting and engaging experiences including:
